The Field-Tested Bait & Fish Aerator designed by a small business here in the USA (North Dakota). Up in the Midwest, we often chase walleyes and it’s hard-pressed to find another bait that works better than creek chubs. In fact, we’re so chub crazy we even wrote a LONG guide on how to catch and trap creek chubs if you’re bored. 😉
We had these aerators developed after getting tired of constantly re-purchasing other brands due to various aerator failures. The most common problems we found was:
So we decided to make our own “custom fishing aerator” for true outdoorsmen and women! First off, we enlarged the lithium battery from any standard size. I wanted to make sure you got a FULL day’s worth of use, EVERY time.
Next, we made the air pump larger, so it’ll put out more air or bubbles, essentially. As stated earlier in the case of creek chubs, you need quite a bit of air output for your live bait. And finally, we added a digital reader to see battery life, and of course the options for HIGH/LOW air pressure as well as on intermittent setting too.
And when we say “field-tested”, we mean it! We do A LOT of our own bait runs and use them as minnow bucket aerators in the field often. This helps fill the need to keep our live bait alive over time (especially chubs for tournaments). We’re extremely happy with not only how it functions, but they’re all still going strong!
If you’re an angler, especially if you use live bait often, you’ll want portable bait bucket aerators to keep your bait and fish alive. Whether it’s fatheads, shiners, creek chubs, saltwater bait, etc., or any bait that needs aeration, this bait tank aerator has the power and battery-life to get it done. This is also a great option for power failures when you have aquariums or a bait tank. A few dollars can save devastating results of a failure. Lastly, the transportation of live bait is priceless with its long-life lithium battery. It has a clip that will fit on most minnow buckets, bait buckets, Engel coolers, 5-gallon buckets, etc. as well.
It doesn’t matter if you’re using saltwater or freshwater, this fish aerator will work well if you need to supply your aquarium or live bait tank with oxygen. And no matter if it’s in-house or on the go, this fishery aerator won’t let you, or your bait, down. There are multiple settings as well to monitor the amount of oxygen supplied to your baitfish, as well as an intermittent timer, to ensure long battery life.
As mentioned, the large clip will fit on almost anything. The portable air pump for bait has a rechargeable, built-in lithium battery that operates for 20 hours (on the high setting and continuous) and up to 30 hours (on intermittent and the lowest setting). The lithium-powered battery works with any USB-C charging adaptor (at least we’ve tested anyways). The live bait air pump also features a digital reader on the device so you can always see how much battery life is left. Simple and easy, you will love this USB-C rechargeable aerator for any type of fishing that requires live bait.
All you need to do is put the hose/stone into the water and turn the unit on. It also has a valve to stop water from going back into the air pump. Press once for continuous operation. Press again for the intermittent setting. It also has multiple power settings, so you can control how much air you want to supply your bait. Press again to turn it off. See the graphic that shows the buttons exactly. We promise you can’t find an easier to use digital setting on any fish aerator out there.
